Florence is a Partner at Pagefield and is responsible for Pagefield Diplomat: Pagefield’s offering to international clients.
Before joining Pagefield, Florence was Head of External Affairs EMEA at Bloomberg Television, where she spent six years developing the brand’s presence across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As part of her role, she created new revenue streams for the channel, generating significant returns for the Bloomberg Multimedia group. She also launched the Bloomberg debates series at the World Economic Forum in Davos, India and China. She hosted numerous heads of government, finance ministers and central bank governors at the company’s headquarters, securing exclusive news stories and TV interviews.
Florence first joined Bloomberg on the corporate side as a Government Relations Advisor covering the Middle East and Nordic Europe. She traveled extensively to the Gulf States, working alongside ministries and government agencies seeking to diversify their economies into financial services. Prior to this, she had worked for M&C Saatchi, DLKW (now DLKW Lowe), EON Productions and the Michael G. Wilson Centre for Photography. As part of her philanthropic activities and commitment to serving society at large, she founded ARTrageous in collaboration with Edwin Gould Services for Children in foster care, a project aimed at encouraging childrens’ creativity through collaboration with established artists.
Florence holds an MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and is currently studying for an MSc in International Political Economy at the London School of Economics. She is a former member of the Under-35s Chatham House Steering Group and currently sits on the 48 Group Club Young Icebreakers Committee.
