MSC and Maersk acknowledge that since they signed their 2M Alliance, a ship-sharing agreement for the container shipping line to ensure competitive and efficient operations, many things have changed. The discontinuation of the agreement, signed in 2015 with a 10-year forecast, paves the way for both companies to continue with their individual strategies.
