The National Society of Industries (SNI), is a private organization that brings together the Peruvian business sector of the manufacturing industry.
The agency was promoted by President Nicolás de Piérola. It was founded on June 12, 1896. It is based in Lima and regional headquarters in the cities of Arequipa, Trujillo, Huancayo and Chiclayo. It has 58 sector committees related to the food and beverage industry, chemistry, paper, telecommunications, industrial, metal, plastics, textiles and footwear, transportation among others.
