The changing dynamics of the market and the high degree of specialization of our clients led us, in the mid-90s, to jointly study a new way of working with this product: the fattening and greasing of bluefin tuna in cages; with the aim of avoiding the seasonality of the activity and thereby guaranteeing a high quality product for most of the year.

We are privileged to have, among others, international clients such as MITSUI, MARUHA CORPORATION AND MITSUBISHI CORPORATION who have collaborated with us from the beginning to achieve this goal.
The success of this project, and our investment policy, led us to expand our activity in other Mediterranean countries such as Italy, Croatia, Tunisia,
