Fatih Aquaculture is a pioneering aquaculture company based in Brunei, dedicated to sustainable fish farming and reducing the nation's reliance on imported seafood. Founded in 2020 as a backyard farm, we have grown to operate two seacage farms since 2024. We specialize in the production of high-quality, fresh fish, mainly Red Tilapia and Asian Seabass (Selongsong), using eco-friendly farming techniques. Our mission is to support Brunei's economic growth, promote food security, and provide consumers with fresh, locally sourced seafood.
At the heart of Fatih Aquaculture is our founder, Ahmad Fathi bin Dato Seri Setia Dr. Hj Norarfan, a visionary leader with a strong background in marine biology, hatchery research, and aquaculture operations. With a BSc in Biology, Ahmad Fathi has extensive experience working with the Borneo Marine Research Institute in Sabah, where he honed his expertise in sustainable aquaculture practices. His passion for marine life and commitment to innovation drive the company's mission to create a vertically integrated supply chain, from hatchery to harvest, ensuring the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
