UniSea, Inc. produces an impressive variety of finished seafood products that are marketed and distributed throughout the world.
The company's Alaska operation consists of the state-of-the-art processing facilities, G1 and G2, in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. UniSea also operates a secondary processing facility in Redmond, Washington. UniSea produces seafood products from Pollock, Pollock Roe, Pacific Cod, Black Cod, Snow Crab, King Crab, Halibut, Whitefish Meal, Fish Oil.
UniSea's quality surimi is produced for many special markets with specific characteristics desired by the customer. The company also produces a number of other co-products including quality fish meal, fish oil and bone. UniSea's fish meal is known for its consistent top quality. The fish oil is used as fuel in the fish meal production process and is also a popular product marketed in Taiwan and Japan.
The company's corporate headquarters, located in Redmond, Washington, provides a variety of support services for our operating units. Our parent company, Nippon Suisan Kaisha, headquartered in Japan, claims UniSea among it’s largest subsidiaries.
