Fowey Shellfish Co. is a Cornish aquaculture business, founded in 1995, growing and harvesting live blue mussels in St Austell bay. The company produce is sold into local wholesale fish merchants as well as direct to the restaurant trade. A team of 6 working off two aquaculture vessels and a processing plant on our jetty.
