The experience of the most advanced European fish-processing plants was taken into consideration for the construction of the complex. It's equipment is state-of-the-art ("Baader", "Rosoma" - Germany, "SteriFlow" - France etc.)
The plant specializes in the production of canned fish from materials of deep-sea fishery using cutting-edge technologies. Rated capacity of the complex is 8 mln cans per month.
There are 3 production lines:
Line ?1 - canned fish in ?6-type cans (natural canned fish with oil and canned fish in tomato sauce)
Line ?2 - canned fish in "hansa"-type cans (fillet, "premium" class)
Line ?3 - canned fish "Smoked sprats in oil" in ?2-type cans.
At the moment "Roskon" is the only fish cannery in Russia to be able to produce such a range of products simultaneously!
