On March 1991, Valdo Bellodi, Maurício Bellodi and Marcos Mantelato founded Bellman Animal Nutrition, in General Salgado, Sao Paulo state. The company started its activities with 6 types of mineral supplements, with an output of 2 tons/hour.

Bellman was acquired by Nutreco group in 2011.

Bellman is among the five largest companies in the sector in the country.
It has currently one of the most modern factories in Brazil, located in Mirassol, Sao Paulo state.
The current production capacity exceeds 35 tons/hour.
Bellman operates in 17 Brazilian states.
There are over 50 types of mineral supplements produced nowadays.
