This competition is now open to colleges from across the ALL regions of UK, meaning that colleges can showcase their hospitality learners and give them a chance to demonstrate their skills, techniques, flair and understanding when using a variety of seafood.
For the first time in the competitions history we have expanded to allow entries from Scotland and Northern Ireland, which sucessful entries will then go onto take part in one of the four regional heats that will take place in colleges across the country.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young chefs to compete on a national platform within the educational sector of professional cookery training. The seafood that our sponsors supply is sustainable and we endevour to promote this within the competition.
