Valka was founded in 2003 and is based in Kopavogur Iceland. Valka specializes in the development and marketing of automation solutions for the food processing industry which have the primary objective of improving the quality and yield of the raw material which results in higher selling price of the processed food products.
A prime excample of the company’s ingenuity is the Valka RapidAligner grading and packing equipment, a processing line which improves yield and maximizes accurancy and greatly improves Productivity. Another example of the company’s ingenuity is the Valka RapidFeed infeed control and dispersion machine, a tried, tested and economic solution for removing one of the last major bottlenecks in IQF processing.
