Technology and new foods: the duet proposed by FAO to tackle food in a report that analyzes how the main global drivers, such as economic growth, changing consumer behavior and consumption patterns, a world population in growth and the climate crisis will shape food security in the world of tomorrow. The objective of the reflections collected in the study is to help managers to anticipate any future concerns, instead of reacting to them once they have already materialized.
