Throughout this journey, while its smoked salmon became established in haute cuisine, Ahumados Domínguez grew as a family, rather than as a company, keeping intact the unbreakable values ??with which it was founded: totally manual production and the highest quality.

Today, three generations later and together with his children, Domínguez's smoked salmon continues to retain all its essence and is considered, due to its flavor, as unique and different, not only in Spain but in all those countries where it is marketed.

Currently, Domínguez smoked salmon has been proclaimed as one of the Jewels of Gastronomy and consumers can easily distinguish it with their eyes and palate.

Today, Ahumados Domínguez, is made up of more than 200 specialized professionals and markets its products on three continents. In Spain, it has nine own-run stores in different centers of El Corte Inglés and a Smoked Salmon Corner in the mythical Mercado de San Miguel in Madrid.
