• 1. Overseas advertising, market surveys, and joint facilities for the mutual benefit of members; 
• 2. Technological research and instruction to improve the quality of exported goods; 
• 3. Joint purchasing and sale of raw materials;
• 4. Arranging business loans for members;
• 5. Government-commissioned/consigned projects; 
• 6. Other businesses needed for trading transactions and orders. 
• 7. Prevention of unfair trading and signing treaties for international (or domestic) trade;
• 8. Fishery importation consigned by the Government; 
• 9. Computerizing information and receiving government services; 
• 10. Members’ welfare and benefits; 
• 11. Other issues pertaining to each of the above
