The company has eight processing plants located
at Taloja and Thane near Bombay in Maharashtra and Veraval and Dwarka in
Gujarat. The Taloja plant is one of the largest seafood processing plants
in Asia. These processing plants can meet the highest standards made to

The agreement envisages contribution of technical
know how for value added and ready to cook products with modern processing,
freezing and packing techniques. This collaboration will enable the Castlerock
Group to cater to a wider range of tastes by offering a better choice at
supermarkets in Europe and USA. Mahtani Chitosan Ltd The Wonder Food  The
Castlerock Group, in collaboration with a French Company has also set up
a plant to manufacture �Chitin� and �Chitosan� products, which are widely
used in Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing and Agriculture Industries world
