The pallets are of rotational moulded double-wall construction.This production method greatly simplifies cleaning. Polyurethane is not used, which makes the pallets repairable. If water or sea gets in between the pallet walls it can simply be poured out and the damage mended by welding. The pallets have non-skid finish on load surfaces.

Borgarplast does not use Polyurethane to increase durability but relies instead on proper design. Weight can be added to the pallets to increase their load capacity and render them stiffer. Borgarplast's pallets comply with international pallet standards.

Borgarplast's manufacturing in its entirety has ISO 9001 international quality standard approval, applying from design through manufacturing, delivery and maintenance, where applicable. The ISO 9001 standard applies to all industrial production, including the food processing industry.

RECYCLABLE PLASTIC PALLETS

Borgarplast's pallets are made of the same material as the insulated plastic containers and are especially designed for use in the food industry and in other areas where much hygiene is required. The pallets are of moulded double-walled construction. They are completely closed, making them particularly easy to clean and maintain.

The load capacity of the Borgarplast pallets is up to 1000 kg. when moved and when resting on an even surface. When stored in shelves on edges, their maximum load capacity is 500 kg. The pallets are manufactured in compliance with international size standards. Our plastic pallets are recyclable and therefore environmentally friendly.
