McDonald’s New Breaded Salmon
(SINGAPORE, 2/29/2016)
Responding to Singaporeans’ changing tastes and preferences, McDonald’s Singapore has launched the Breaded Salmon with Paella Spice Mix. Made with wild-caught salmon from Hokkaido, each delicious patty is made with a paella spice mix that includes salmon chunks, diced cheddar cheese and red and yellow bell peppers.
Complementing the burger is a scrumptious salad mix of hydroponically grown young baby leaves that have been carefully hand harvested and air dried to prevent bruising the leaves, resulting in a festival of flavours sandwiched between a delicious bun topped with oat flakes, linseeds, rye flakes and sunflower seeds.

“Singapore tastes and preferences are fast evolving. Our customers have told us they want a greater variety of taste, textures and flavours, and we make it our mission to listen and offer them what they want - the Breaded Salmon with Paella Spice Mix burger is just the latest in a line of new offerings,” said Robert Hunghanfoo, Managing Director, McDonald’s Singapore.
“Over the next few months, customers can expect to see new menu items that have been inspired by insights from public feedback, focus group discussions, and market research. You said it, we made it.”
