Domstein ASA (Public, OSL:DOM) is a Norway-based company engaged in the supply of raw marine material to the international processing industry, as well as in the distribution of marine value-added products in selected markets.
The Company’s activities include the production and sale of fresh, chilled and frozen whitefish products, traditional raw materials, breeded wild fish and farmed fish.
During 2008, the Company merged its Norwegian business Domstein Enghav AS with Naustvik AS, creating the new entity Naustvik Enghav.
The Company owns such subsidiaries as Domstein Enghav Sverige AB, Fiskemester’n Smogen AB, Domstein Enghav Soumi Oy, Domstein Vardo AS, Domstein Fish AS, Domstein Vadso AS and Domstein Service AS.
It also holds interests in Norway Pelagic ASA, Enghav AS, Domstein Eiendom AS, Vadso Fryselager AS and Norbait DA. In addition, it has operations established in Sweden and Finland.
